Tell us a bit about your career history

I left school at 15 and worked as an apprentice Electrician, and attended college, where I first qualified as an Electrician. I then went to night school to get my Plumbing qualification.

I then joined my family business and continued to learn more trades like carpentry and bricklaying/plastering and eventually took over the small family building business.

I then went on to be MCS registered in renewables and qualified to fit solar PV and air source systems. In 2010 I was named Britain's Top Tradesman and worked on TV carrying out building works.
