Stroma introduces new Live Chat function

Our Stroma Built Environment and Stroma Building Control websites now feature a Live Chat function. This will enable clients and customers to access the expertise of our team while browsing our services.

With our new Live Chat service, customers will be able to query, ask questions and gather more information from our expert advisors on specific Stroma service pages. This will make it much simpler to choose the relevant service for customers and will deliver them a bespoke service approach. Clients are also now able to leave a message outside of office hours allowing support teams to respond the next day.

During the COVID pandemic, Stroma has invested in ways for customers to better access our services, such as a new website, a new phone system and now, a new Live Chat feature.

The new function will also ensure that customers have access to a new point of contact, in addition to our phone, email and web enquiry channels.
