Our Manchester team

Since opening our Manchester office in the heart of Salford Quays in 2018, we’ve been working hard to improve our capabilities and expand further into the North West region. We have recently appointed a new Building Control Surveyor, Greg Owen, who will work alongside our Manchester Building Control Manager, Geoff Wood, in Manchester.

Greg graduated Liverpool John Moores University with a degree in Building Surveying in 2012 and went on to gain his Professional Chartered status with CABE in 2016. He began his career with a structural warranty and Approved Inspector organisation, working mainly on the new build residential sector. He has also worked on larger projects such as Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, Liverpool Football Club and Anfield Stadium.

Greg said, “I see my employment at the Manchester office as a great opportunity to grow as a Surveyor and use my skills and knowledge to gain experience in the commercial sector.”
