Stroma Built Environment’s health & safety services cover all stages of the construction lifecycle; from design and planning, right through to the construction and operation of built assets, and finally, deconstruction and demolion.
We work closely with property owners, landlords, tenants, facility managers and other property management professionals to manage risks in their premises. The risk assessments and surveys we offer are bespoke for each property to ensure each health and safety risk is measured individually. Once assessed, our team provide invaluable advice and guidance on preventative measures to reduce and manage risks effectively.
Operating across the built environment has enabled the team to gain experience across a variety of building types and sectors, covering property management, retail, education, manufacturing, engineering, warehouse logistics and distribution, and more. As most of our business comes from repeat customers, we’ve helped several clients manage their property portfolios across the UK.
“Health and safety is very much a priority for our firm. Stroma Built Environment’s collaborative approach in coordinating our assessments really appealed to us and working in partnership with our facilities and property management team, together we will ensure our managed property portfolio meets with current legislation and compliance.”
Our health and safety services also include expert CDM consultancy support and guidance throughout the design, maintenance and construction of all building projects, including residential and commercial developments. We support clients in ensuring their construction works are carried out safely and compliantly, in line with industry regulations. The CDM services we deliver include Client CDM Advisors, Contractor CDM Advisors and Principal Designer CDM Advisors. Here we can provide consultancy support, and in some cases, fulfil the role on behalf of our clients.
