After working as part of the Business Development team within Stroma Building Control for two years, creating many of our Building Control documents which are now available, Jason Foster has been promoted to Business Development Director.
Jason will work alongside our Business Development team to coordinate business development objectives and requirements.
This will include framework agreements, key account reviews, management of CPD events and roadshows and analysing and identifying new clients and sectors. The Business Development team will also support the completion of tenders and collation of relevant documents, case studies and capability statements to demonstrate our capabilities when placing bid submissions.
Jason Foster said, "With 30 years of experience in the operational and management field of Building Control, I am confident that I can bring the relevant experience and commercial understanding across multiple sectors to support our operation teams in their business development needs as we continue to grow and strengthen our position in the industry as the lead authority for Building Regulations in the private sector."

Joel Ashby has been promoted as the Associate Director of West London and other Southern counties.
He will work alongside the Windsor Office Manager, Paul Edwards, and Epsom Office Manager, Darren Davies, to lead our Building Control services into these regions.
Joel Ashby, said, "As the new Associate Director for the region, I aim to ensure the staff have the support they need to provide a proactive Building Control services, which in turn I hope will enable our team to achieve its corporate and personal goals."
Chris has recently been promoted to become the Office Manager at our Lamberhurst office to lead our Building Control services in that area. He will be supported by Graham Hoare who has recently moved position from the Maidstone office to our Lamberhurst office to develop new commercial schemes and working with the Business Development team and other across the region.
Martyn, working with the Group Head of Quality and Health & Safety, Mark Rollins-Man, will head up the Quality Assurance requirements for the Building Control division.
