Stroma Group remain fully operational and ready to serve our clients and members with environmental sustainability and compliance services during the Coronavirus outbreak and beyond.

A statement from our CEO

Stroma is closely monitoring the advice from Government and the NHS on a daily basis. Our overarching concern is the safety and health of our team and our clients. In line with current guidance, all Stroma services are continuing to operate in a normal manner, whilst observing, adapting to and implementing safety measures.

Whilst we progress through the Coronavirus pandemic, we acknowledge that a percentage of our workforce will be forced to self isolate following current Government advice at any one time. Our operational team have access to a large national network of home based and office based staff and we have every confidence we can continue to provide a disrupted service and fulfil our obligations of the appointment.

Our priority is to maintain business as usual as construction emerges from lockdown, whilst adhering to national guidance and with due regard for the safety of our staff and clients.

Working safely with you

  • Continued to follow all Government advice and self-isolation guidance
  • Building Control Surveyors, Air & Acoustics Engineers and Rope Access Technicians are not required to attend the office environment to carry out their work. Our mobile working infrastructure is robust, allowing site operatives to work efficiently at home via a WiFi enabled device
  • Meeting, webinars and collaborative working sessions can take place using Microsoft Teams or video technology as an alternative to face to face meetings
  • Our Technical Support, Administration and Operational teams can work via a combination of office and home working to maintain service levels. As we anticipate some high call volumes during the weeks and months ahead, please bear with us
