We have received a number of communications from clients about our working practices as the COVID-19 situation has developed. Stroma is closely monitoring the advice from Government and the NHS on a daily basis. Our management team is preparing contingency scenarios to best react to this evolving outbreak and support our clients and members. We would like to update you on our current preparations.
Our overarching concern is the safety and health of our team and our clients. In line with current guidance, all Stroma services are continuing to operate in a normal manner, whilst observing, adapting to and implementing safety measures.
Whilst we progress through the Coronavirus pandemic, we acknowledge that a percentage of our workforce will be forced to self isolate following current Government advice at any one time. Our operational team have access to a large national network of home based and office based staff and we have every confidence we can continue to provide a disrupted service and fulfil our obligations of the appointment.
