Those who are already compliant against the 17th Edition can apply to upskill their knowledge and expertise to work in line with the new changes and regulations of the 18th Edition of the BS 7671 Wiring Regulations.
The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and the British Standards Institute (BSI) co-publish the BS 7671 Wiring Regulations. These regulations apply to the design, erection and verification of electrical installations and alternations and additions to existing installations and ensure electricians remain compliant against the requirements of the Electricity at Work Regulations (1989).

This 1-day training course will provide delegates with an overview of the changes to the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations to help you remain compliant. Following the training session, you can complete our exam to demonstrate your competence and receive a certificate to verify that you are able to work against the 18th Edition regulations.
Each training day will run from 09:00-17:00. We recommend delegates arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for registration. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
Stroma Certification delivers our 18th Edition Training as a one-day top-up course. Candidates must have a working knowledge of and have passed the 17th Edition Training previously.
