Public Building Assessment Certification, or DEC Certification, is provided by Stroma Certification. It allows Public Building Assessors, or DEC Assessors, to carry out energy assessments on public buildings. Our scheme is approved by the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG). By achieving certification, a DEC Assessor can create Display Energy Certificates and Advisory Reports.

Display Energy Certificates provide public buildings with an operational rating, in terms of energy usage, on a scale of A – G (A being the most efficient).
