The Inventory Report fee is payable per report created within the software application. *Applicants must first undergo an Inventory assessment either via our Inventory Training course or APEL assessment route. Inventory Certification helps certified Inventory Clerks to deliver accurate inventories to a professional, competent standard. After completing a one-day training course, membership to the Stroma Certification Inventory scheme is free. All certified Inventory Clerks are checked to make sure they are competent before they join the scheme. Members are fully audited to maintain these high standards throughout the course of their membership to ensure customer confidence.
Stroma Certification provides members with the experience and tools to help you achieve market advantage in the Private Rental Sector. All members of our scheme are provided with logos and professional body recognition with which to promote your business to customers. You’ll also receive support from a dedicated technical support team. Our staff are available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday to answer your queries and provide telephone and email assistance.
Membership includes full insurance for all assessors to ensure you can undertake inventory activities in client properties. Insurance is provided on a ‘pay per click’ basis so it’s cost-effective for all members.
Our partners from Stroma Software have developed Inventory Software at a competitive price of £5.00 per click. This allows members to access inventory forms on your iPad or Android device to maintain and store property data and photos. There’s no need to carry reams of paperwork from property to property. All the official documentation you need has been accurately replicated in a single application.
