SAP Training Course

Stroma Certification’s Domestic On Construction Energy Assessor (OCDEA) training is approved by the Awarding Body of the Built Environment (ABBE). A registration fee of £230+VAT is payable to ABBE upon course completion. We offer OCDEA training across the UK and can provide the course at a location of your choosing for groups of four or more individuals.

Day Two

• Workshop 1- House with attached garage (Appendix U, indicative thermal mass, post code areas)

Following course completion, Stroma Certification will award applicants certified status on receipt of a portfolio containing evidence of business skills and a minimum of 5 pre-set SAP assessments.

By joining our OCDEA Certification Scheme you will be able to produce Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) calculations and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for new dwellings. You will also gain access to our excellent member benefits such as technical support, regular CPD provision and business insurance.
