Background
Since its grand opening in 1886 by Queen Victoria, Royal Holloway College has grown to be one of the top research led universities in the country. The 135 acre campus is also considered as one of the most beautiful in the world. A masterplan for the next 20 years sets out the next stage development balancing academic and residential space. With a projected student population of 12,000 by 2031, the development includes a new library, student residences, sports facilities and academic buildings.
