Work was carried out to support the planning application by PRP Architects for the proposed development at Marlyon Road, Redbridge incorporating 3 No. three-storey apartment blocks and 37 No. two-storey houses.


Analysis of impact of proposed development to the amenity of daylight and sunlight to the existing surrounding buildings, taking into account site topography. Production of 3D Model of site, qualitative appraisal of the impact of the proposed development on the existing surrounding buildings, and the calculation of the Vertical Sky Components (VSC) and the Annual Probable Sunlight Hours (APSH) for the windows across the site.
