A significant regeneration scheme involving 300 new homes in Southall, West London, worked on by Stroma Built Environment in partnership with housebuilder Catalyst has won a major award.
The project, which delivers a substantial amount of affordable housing, scooped the Best Regeneration Project category in this year’s Evening Standard New Homes Awards.
The initiative delivered in partnership with Ealing Council, completed its first phase earlier this year and incorporated a large community development, improvement in green space and a new playground. Over 50 percent of the development is made up of affordable housing.
Stroma Built Environment delivered an energy and sustainability report to support the planning application of this project, a code for sustainable homes assessment and SAP calculations for all plots.
