Stroma Certification ’s Online Secure Archive (OSA15)

All assessors are required to keep their archive data for 15 years from the date of EPC. Documentation required for each survey is :-

  • Photos
  • Site notes
  • Floor Plans

Stroma Certification’s OSA15 will act as a secure data store in which assessors can keep these required documents for the necessary time period. Archived data is automatically deleted 15 years after creation

Stroma Certification has created a new online system, whereby Stroma certified assessors can keep their EPC survey documents in a secure, remote location for the full 15 years required by the Department for Communities and Local Government (CLG). Stroma’s free of charge Online Secure Archive

(OSA15) has been developed not only to act as a secure store for you to upload your energy assessment documents, but also to assist you in submitting your documents to Stroma Certification for audit.

  • The data is available at any time, 24/7
  • Stroma Certification’s OSA15 is free of charge, and is only for use by Stroma Certification certified assessors.
  • Stroma Certification does not access data stored within OSA15 directly. Audit requests will be sent to you in the usual manner and information will be retrieved upon your authorisation.
  • Your information is safe and secure for the full 15 year period, as required by CLG.
  • OSA15 removes the potential of a virus wiping out all of your computer's files. Crashed computers or lost camera also needn't be an issue.
  • Easily accessible - all information is stored in one place. With fullback up and disaster recovery plans.
  • Free up space on your own computer, as photos with vast file sizes will be stored elsewhere. n Other Stroma Certification assessors do not have access to any of your information or folders, as you log in under your own unique username and password.
  • Simple, safe and secure.

TERMS OF USE

  • Stroma Certification Online Secure Archive (OSA15) is only for use by Stroma Certification certified assessors, and is only intended for information that is of relevance to energy assessment.
  • Any information that Stroma Certification deems to be inappropriate to energy assessment will be removed, after notification to the energy assessor concerned.
