Position: Telesales Manager
We are looking for experienced Internal Sales manager from a building/construction related background to drive our telesales and CRM-based marketing effort.

- Vital that they can demonstrate they’ve previously managed a team

- Have construction knowledge
- Have telesales experience

Provides a broad range of training, certification and software for assessors, inspectors and advisors vital in supporting the legislative developments of the building industry for reducing emissions, saving energy and building sustainably in line with Governmental targets and developments. Stroma’s Certification scheme for Energy assessment and Competent Person Scheme (CPS) is approved by the Department of Communities and Local Government (CLG). The Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) is approved by The Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC).

Position: Technical Advisor /Assessor: Non-Domestic
To form part of a busy certification team, providing technical support and advice to scheme members. To carry out desktop audits on members work, to assess candidate portfolios and provide feedback. To develop and contribute to technical documents and manuals.
- Provide technical and software support via phone and email.
- Carry out checks/audits on members work.
- Carry out assessments on trainee portfolios.
- Provide written and verbal feedback to candidates.
- To under QA assessment where required within competence level(s) held.
- To maintain accurate call register information relating to inbound calls.
- To develop and contribute to technical documents and manuals.
- To undertake training courses for candidates.
Key Skills/Experience Required
- Holds or working towards relevant industry qualifications in at least one of the following areas: DipNDEA, DipDEC, DipACI.
- Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft Office.
- Clear and confident communication, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to understand and explain complex issues over the phone or via email.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to assess, analyse and interpret data.
- Ability to interpret and understand technical and legal documents.
- Understanding of the Data Protection Act and principles of confidentiality.
