Intumescent Coatings

Intumescent coatings are thin film ‘paint’ applications which provide a durable and attractive finish to structural steel. In the event of a fire, this coating expands to many times its original thickness to provide an insulating covering which protects the steel.

Stroma is an approved applicator of most recognised forms of thin film intumescent coatings including Nullifire, Leighs, PPG, Jotun, Protega, Firetherm and International Paints.
