Domestic Energy Assessment (DEA) including DEA Upskill (RdSAP 9.91)
Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) are trained and licensed to collect data about an existing domestic property – such as its dimensions, construction and services – in order to generate an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) using the Reduced Data Standard Assessment Procedure (RdSAP).
Stroma Certification delivers the training and software you need to prepare for becoming a certified DEA. The training now includes details of the major changes that occurred to the content and format of the domestic EPC in April 2012, and how the redesigned EPC effectively supports the Green Deal framework.
Stroma Certification provides RSAP, our Government-approved RdSAP 9.91 software, free of charge. Using the software, collating and interpreting data and lodging an EPC to meet the required standards is straightforward. During the training course you will receive instruction in use of the software and discover the numerous ways of using it on the move!
