Green Deal Advisor Training (Domestic)

The role of a Green Deal Advisor (GDA) will be to carry out a Green Deal qualifying assessment, produce a Green Deal Advice Report (GDAR) and explain the findings and recommendations. The GDAR will be a pre-requisite for any person who wishes to obtain Green Deal Finance in order to pay for the installation of energy-efficiency measures at their property.

Stroma Certification provides software tools, training and certification schemes to assist the industry in embracing the Green Deal path for Green Deal Advisors.

As a pre-requisite for the GDA qualification, candidates must be a certified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA). Stroma Certification operates training courses and certification schemes for DEAs; for advice about combined DEA and GDA qualification routes, please contact us.
